Greenwich wedding photography

John and Jocelyn chose the Trafalgar Tavern in Royal Greenwich for their summer wedding, and, as an accredited supplier, I am familiar with this venue with its large windows and abundance of natural light.

John and Jocelyn were keen to achieve a contemporary feel to their wedding and were generous in trusting my photographic judgment when documenting their day.

Arriving by foot with her father, Jocelyn joined John in the Nelson Banqueting Rooms for their wedding ceremony before their two sons, one of whom was ring bearer. Once married, guests filtered into the Duncan Bar for a champagne reception. With the couple’s request in mind, I set about my reportage coverage, gently moving around the room shooting guests and family, and occasionally taking individuals to one side for closer-cropped images.

The couple and I then took some time away from the party for some environmental portraits by the river. Light bounced off the water creating some nice tones to these more intimate shots.
